Choose your favourite tea from a selection of different varieties. A samovar with freshly brewed hot water is available at the breakfast buffet so that you can prepare your tea individually at any time and enjoy it at your leisure.

Start your day with a delicious selection of freshly prepared egg dishes such as hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs or scrambled eggs with crispy bacon from the buffet.
Do you love a freshly prepared omelette or a classic fried egg? Our kitchen will be happy to prepare your favourite egg dish à la minute for you. Choose your preferred ingredients such as fresh vegetables, cheese, ham or herbs, and have your personal omelette served directly to you.

If you like to start your morning with a healthy and balanced meal, our muesli, fruit and juice station offers a fresh selection for a great start to the day.
Choose from a variety of mueslis, creamy natural or fruit yoghurt and fresh seasonal fruit.
Create your own personal favourite muesli according to your preferences, whether classic with oatmeal and milk or fruity with berries and natural yoghurt.

Our breakfast times
Variety and quality you can taste
Enjoy your breakfast in our cosy restaurant or, when the weather is fine, on the sunny terrace with a view of the countryside.
Our breakfast buffet is ready for you from six o'clock in the morning on weekdays until ten o'clock. Ideal for those who set off early or would like to take a little more time in the morning.
At weekends and on public holidays, we welcome you from seven o'clock with fresh delicacies, which are also available for you until ten o'clock.
Do you need to leave even earlier? Contact us the day before and we will prepare a breakfast to go for you.
External guests are also very welcome. Please book in advance.
